Ordering Guide
It’s easy to order your items online and pick up at our store.
OPENING HOURS
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturday 9am – 2pm.
ORDER TIME
If an order is placed, example 3pm, your products will be processed but not completed until the next working day. (See each product for Turnaround time)
SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
If an order is placed on a Saturday, the order will be processed on the next working day which is Monday. (based not the turnaround time of the product)
If an order is placed the Day before a Holiday, the order will be processed on the next working day (based not the turnaround time of the product)

DELIVERY & PICK-UP
Same Day Delivery is not currently offered as we are working with a Courier Service provider. Delivery is optional at an additional cost which can be determined by the items you need delivered. Delivery must be paid for in advance for schedule via a link on email to pay with credit card when requested. Orders placed on a day, will be completed by the next day and delivered either same day of completion or the very next day (based not the turnaround time of the product) Rush Jobs can be collected at our Office in Duncan Village, San Fernando.
